Last year I ordered a snow shovel from Cozy Winters. I had a couple of questions about the shovel and the customer service team was very helpful. We recently had over two feet of snow, and the shovel still worked wonderful. It is really nice to have a company that has a customer service team to help with questions on products. I would recommend Cozy Winters to anybody.
