I ordered an update from veirzon wireless in dewitt mi. 517-668-6470 This is a franchise store for Verizon products. The phone was not delivered as promised. I was not notified it had been damaged. The order was placed on 8/1. On 8/3 I was told the order was in town but not deliverable till monday. On 8/6 I went back to the store and was told the phone was damaged in shipment on 8/2. I cancelled the order and received a refund. But, my account is on hold and I can not up grade at any store until they clear the account, which they refuse to do until the damaged phone is back in Texas. It didn't return ship till 8/7 8pm. My kast call to the store resulted in a don't call us we'll call you attitude. The corporate service line results in apologies and no action. An email to corporate complaints is so far un answered and I really don't expect one. I don't need a resolution for me. I won't update with them again. But I would like to prevent them from doing this to some one else. I did nothing wrong and they put a hold on my account and for all practical purposes refuse to remove it. Please help others.
