I'm very frustrated and disappointed with the way Paramus Home Expo Store in NJ has been treating me as a customer.
I have ordered Omega kitchen cabinets end of April. Cabinets arrived 90% damaged. Representative of Omega together with Store Representative gave me a very hard time for a replacement order. They were refused to replace some of damaged cabinets saying to me that the damages are minor and I could live with it. After 2 month some of the replacement cabinets arrived, but again damage. Till now Store did not repair my damaged pantry and 27 inch cabinet as promised.
At this point I asked for a total refund, but Store refused to give back my money. They told me that a have no rights for a refund and advised me to re-order the replacements again.
How could I do that when store is refusing to give me any guarantee for a quality of merchandise they are selling and any reasonable waiting time frame for a new replacements to arrive?
I was told that the new replacements could take another 2-3 months. I could not possibly wait that long. I have to move in to my new place as soon as possible. I been paying for a place that I don't use for 3 month and now Home Expo pushing me to wait for another 3 month. I could not possibly afford that financially.
I have contacted all possible people for help: Assistant Manager (Store Manager Fran Grasso got recently fired), Corporate office in Atlanta, CEO of the company
Bob Nardelli, but till now got nowhere.
When would I be able to have my money back? Till now I have got no idea
