I have been Verivon customer for 3 years. First 2 years I paid $30 a month for some feature sales guy said I have to have in order to buy Palm 700. After 2 years another guy cenceled it saying I did not have to have it. Periodicly they would add some new feature to my account. The last thing was when I was out of town my husband stoped by Verizon store to ask why his cell phone was loosing calls, they adden $50 a month feature to my account. I was the only authorized user on the account. I was fed up. When I showed up with my new bill at their store they credited $50 back and said it should not have happedned. I cancelled my service and now stuck with huge contract cancellation fee. I just could not take it anymore.
