I seen a commercial for the DERMA PURE product. I called the number on the television and order for the trial version. I recieved my request, however they deducted $94.95 from the account instead of 4.95. I tried to call back the phone number included in the shipping statement that was in the box to cancel my request but got a disconnect number. I would like to be refunded back my money that they took out and to stop the product
