I viewed my wireless bill and noticed that I had a $9.99 charge against it that I never made. I called my wireless provider and they reversed the charge. Upon further internet research, I found out that this company has done this to several other wireless users without their consent. This company is also not accredited by the BBB either. My wireless carrier's representative also mentioned that there are other companies that do this and they are having several legal issues against them because of this. To protect your account against these unsolicited charges try to set some sort of Purchase Blocker through your wireless carrier, that way you will be notified and either authorize or block any charges against your account if you are not aware of them.
