My cell phone bill was charged two separate UNAUTHORIZED charges of $9.99 plus tax totaling $10.79 each. As soon as I was aware of the charges I requested a full credit from my cell carrier. I was credited for one of the charges but two months later the second charge remains on my account. I am now having to fight with my carrier to remove the second charge because more than 60 days has passed since the charge, despite the fact that I originally requested the credit well within the 60 day period allowed for adjustments. From what information I have found Byte Spike will charge your cell bill a monthly charge which is triggered by simply viewing a text sent from them. No warning no authorization.
