Received an unauthorized charge for this company on my Tmobile cell phone bill. Called TMobile and they can't reverse charges. Called company at 1-800-362-1846 to speak with customer service and unable so message left but no response received. I want refund of $9.99 billed to me. Also same day within minutes of each other received charges of $9.99 each from SoLow (Send Me) and Mobile Plus Inc.
