I received a call from a person who had a heavy East Indian accient. He told me that he was with 1 stop esolution. He told me that they are support for microsoft. Letting me know that my computer was kicking back errors and virouses and that they had traced it back to my computer. They were calling to fix it for free. I was also told that there was a computer black out issue all over the world and that Microsoft and others were required to call and fix it all. I ended up allowing them to show me what was wrong on my computer (as I am having severe issues) it thought this was a ligitamate call. They had me go to another website www.1stophelp.com and then took over my computer and was telling what was wrong with this and telling me my machine was sending out all kinds of virouses. I told them my computer wasn't infected... They told me it was or hey wouldn't gotten the kick back. Then they told me it was going to cost $280.00 to fix it. I stopped every thing and told them I wasn't going to pay for anything, then they lowered the charge to 160.00 and I told them no again, then they lowered it to 80.00 and I still refused to pay. They cut me off and hug up. I am not sure what all information that they have. Your company appears to have all my business and personal information, This is going to cost you.
