Cold call from an Indian woman named Priscilla, told me she was calling all Microsoft customers to advise them of viruses that are not detectable using ordinary security software. Then proceeded to show me on my computer by directing me through "my computer". When asked for credentials she quoted my CMD ID then handed me over to another gentleman who proceeded to tell me that my computer was very infected and it will cost me $259 for 2 years for their e protection software. At this stage my computer screen was already blank and I felt cornered into providing payment in order to get my computer back on track. He kept telling me that it was very legit and the reason he did not tell me up front about the cost was he was unaware that my computer was so infected and it would have been a free service if my computer was only affected a little. I feel like these people have invaded my home. Stopped my credit card and called the phone no to put a stop to the purchase. Shut down my computer and disconnected the internet connection at the modem to change my IP address. How dare they
