They said I was owed a refund but then I noted they put their name as receiver and I also noticed it said I would be billed. When I questioned about this he said we were almost through as soon as I gave them my banking information. I hung up at that point. Then I received an email from Western Union stating I owed the amount they were telling me I was owed as a refund. Unfortunately a few months back I bought a program that they said I needed to keep my new computer protected. I paid with my debit card but I never felt right about that transaction. I felt more unsure with this one so I hung up when they asked for my banking information
