I call teck support on an e-mail problem on monday afeter 5 1/2 hours they had not corrected the problem but added to it. I lost my E-mail and have spent the better part of the last 6 days waiting for call baqck or send to some other person as the one I get has not idea what to do so sends me to some one else hopping that they can get the problem solved I, m not sure but I have at least 9 phone number and have talked to a d0zen people and still do not have my e-mail because they screwed it up. I am still waiting for a phone call to get this strighten out but 6 plus days is not good business but Verizon does not seam to care or they would have some easy way to get this kind of problem solved.
I don't expect a call on this either
