Purchased Intuit POS for our business.
Have been working since July 8th working with Intuit to fix problem.
They only support one small printer which is a Zebra (for Jewelry tags)
You must buy the printer from Intuit or they won't support it.
In June it stopped working.

Their customre servies is not in the US and no one will take ownership to solve the problem.
So every time you call in you start all over again on the problem.

After spending more time trying to fix their equipment than running our business I decided to escallate the problem.

They have a line called "The office of the President" where phone operaters take your problem, and give you empathetic listening, and say they will follow through and make sure the problem gets taken care of.

I called a couple weeks back and talked to Sanja who said she would get the problem solved.
Basically all she did was set up another trouble tick with the overseas help desk.

So, spent another day in which Intuit could not tell what was wrong with their software and printer.
In the end all they could do was point the finger at Zebra and say it was Zebra's problem.
Not expected since paying for support from Intuit and they make you buy the hardware from them.

Spent another day on the phone with Zebra who came to the conclusion that the problem is with Intuit's software.
Now we are going in circles and Intuit has not bothered to follow up and solve the problem.

Called the "Office of the President" today and talked to Sanja again who had no idea what was going and could tell me nothing about the issue.
I pinned her down into finding out what was going on and made her commit to calling me back.
I requested that someone higher up call me back so we could get this taken care of and Sanja refused.
It's amazing that they don't offer to solve your problem, you have to talk them into it.

Later today she called back and said that she would schedule a call and that they had escallated the problem and someone would look into it.
Amazing, this was the same thing that transpired two weeks ago.

So after gettting back to them later, I asked who could help me or how this could go up to someone who would take ownership and solve the problem.

The only thing the ticket taker could do was read from a script and say that the problem was escallated and someone would call back next week.

I asked her what the difference was in her escallation and the escallation that occurred two weeks ago was. She was unable to answer any question about getting the problem solved or helping a custoemr. To every question all she could say was that it was escallated and someone would look into it next wee. It was apparent she could only read from her script of empathetic listening. Then she hung up on me.

If you don't want to have your business stranded by lack of service you are paying for I suggest you go somewhere else. It is now 2 months and they can not fix the problems with equipment that they sell!
