While on vacation we got a call to renew my husband's Playboy magazine for 3 yrs and that we would also get $300 worth of gas. She said the only requirement is that you must use it at the same brand of gas station. It is now August 6th and nothing. I normally look up a business before I buy something but wasn't home -lesson learned. Anyway, I have called this company repeatedly and always get the runaround... That's when they even answer since they won't call you back. I randomly keyed in ext. 111 and actually got a person one time.
On May 5th a Grace said that no one had entered my order so she would add 1 yr for my trouble and we will get the magazines plus 2 others (Parenting type magazines) in 6 -8 wks. On July 5th I talked to Madison @ ext 111 and she said it actually takes 12 wks so it would be 4 more weeks. I called today and said I just want a refund. It's been 7 months and nothing. I talked to a nasty one named Stevie who said they would not refund my money since I mailed in the form to get the gas certificate info. I mailed this on 1/25 and never received anything back and when I had mentioned it to Grace on 5/02 she said they were on backorder. After reading some other complaints on this it sounds like that is a rip-off too. Said you have to use it once a month ($25 each month) and send the receipt registered mail.
I have called my credit card company but I know from reading other complaints that this company plans to keep your money.
