After doing plenty of research, Arkidus had very good reviews on Angie's List and other review sites. We put our rental property under a policy in March. I made one claim a month after to have a garbage disposal replaired/replaced. The repair was made and the company really seemed like a good choice. So when we got the new house in June, we added it and then the other rental house. So we have 3 houses with them.
Well, now they aren't answering the phone or emails. After looking around online, it seems they've fallen on hard times and are out of business. All this seemed to unravel right after we added the 2 houses. Great timing right?
