I purchased this protection when I bought my house back in May. I have not made one claim until I was going to today because my garbage disposal quit working. Now, I have no warranty, am lacking a garbage disposal or money to get it replaced and they stole my $490. I have reported them to the BBB and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. They will not get away with this. If you charged your annual fee, I recommend that you contact your credit card company and dispute it.
