I made a claim with Arkidus to fix my air conditioner on May 27. The air conditoner company had a bad feeling about Arkidus and would only agree to fix my AC if Arkidus gave them a credit card for payment. They did fix the AC, but it turned out the credit card was not a working credit card number. I have called and emailed Arkidus numerous times, as has the AC company, but it is only busy signals. When I finally reached a live person, that person told me that they were instructed by the owner, Ray Burgess, to only sale new policies. They were told by Ray Burgess to avoid all claims calls and not to pay any claim, i.E., a Ponzi scheme. This employee gave me Ray Burgess' cell phone number. I reached Ray Burgess and told him what had occurred, and he informed me that he would take care of the issue (I never heard back from him) and asked numerous times the identity of the employee who told me this, which was not given. Since then, the AC company reported ME to the credit bureau, resulting in not only me paying the claim which I paid Arkidus to take care of, but also hurting my credit. When I contacted the Attorney General's office about Arkidus, I further learned that they are being investigated by multiple State and Federal agencies. Arkidus is a ponzi scheme and fraudulent and its owner, Ray Burgess, is a thief. The only silver lining is the knowledge that Ray Burgess will be spending time in Federal prison very soon.
