This bank does not allow me access to my checking or savings account since 2008. I went cross country that summer and my bank card was used by some unknown person and a judgment was set against my account. I have never used the credit card (Sears) nor contacted Citibank and have presented Citizens with the information and unused credit card along with contacting Consumer Bank Fraud back in 2008 and they sent me another form telling me they never received it. A victim of identity theft I am over and over! Since 2008 every now and then I attempt to get some legal representation to no avail including with FTC. Secondly, Citizens claims to have taken my savings, it stays open with one cent, that was the initial membership. I still do not have access to my funds and New York State also put a $2000 fine on it!? This is absurd! These two attorneys of New York State need to be sued! All of this transpired when I went cross country on a teaching interview after just graduating with a Master's. Please advise I have so many other consumer complaints that need to be resolved and can only be reached today via mail.
