I ordered the 4.95 trial and less than 5 days later I had 89.95 posted to my card plus shipping, bringing the total to 94.90. I called immediately when I received that product DAYS LATER and I called for a Return Authorization number and CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT on 6/24. Now today (8/6) I open up my credit card account and yet another 94.90 was charged on 7/15 AGAIN! I have never received this package tho. I spent a 1/2 hour with Rick (employee #5127) on the phone asking for a supervisor and none was given. I was just told over and over he would refer my call for a return call. I threatened with the BBB which I will call after this. But they are out of the country so I don't know how much help I will get. Now calling credit card company. What a fool i was-don't you be. IT IS A SCAM!!! The product did NOT work for me and when I told them that they suddendly offered my the product for an amazing 19.95!! I was floored. Don't just cancel your account. Call your credit card company too.
