They do a great job with advertising. They do a great job with "selling" you into new equipment. Just make sure that you get a 2nd and 3rd opinion. They told me my AC was shot and it would cost $4,500 to replace. Another company came out and fixed it for just $400 and it has ran excellent all summer (and it was very hot this summer). I went ahead and got 3 other quotes to replace the entire AC system and they were all under $4k.
Just don't trust these guys. Their ads are bogus. The $59 tune up just pays for their gas to come out and tell you that your AC needs serious repair, which is not covered with the coupon. Again, they have great marketing and I guarantee there are a lot of people that believe every word these guys say. Do not hire them.
