Worst customer service I've ever encountered! The USA phone line answered with an auto messsage, then total silence for 15 minutes. No answer to my email. No confirmation that my order has been received and/or being processed. No account number given with order, but you have to have an acct number to "track" your order. Total waste of time and money and a huge disappointment.
