The employee that was taking my order over the phone was so rude. She obviously should not be taking the phone calls or, in my opinion, be working in this business. I had a house full of children and it was raining outside so I decided to keep this order, otherwise I would have asked for her manager and complained. I usually order online and have never had this problem. This corporation should pay more attention to the employee's that are speaking with the customers. Because of this reason, I will no longer order anything from this place. There are many other pizza places around that will appreciate my business. I will be passing along this incident to everyone that will listen to me.
