In December I purchased a 4 night stay in Los Cabos thru Groupon that Expired in May. Before I purchased it I looked at the terms which said "if you can't get the dates you want, we will refund your purchase price." I checked everyday from December 10th until the end of April for a reasonable air fare (which were running $650 per person from Denver, CO). BEFORE the expiration, I contacted Groupon and said we can't get the dates at a price we can afford before the expiration and can I have a refund. We had NOT used the voucher. They said NO. I think this is false advertising. All we want is our money back for a vacation that we didn't take!
