I called the office to attempt to redeem this Groupon. The representative's demeanor changed immediately once I stated that I had a Groupon. He asked what days were they valid and I explained to him the valid dates. I suggested certain dates within the scope of the Groupon and they seemed 'booked'. He suggested tomorrow which I said was fine and then he says that day is booked. I spent 10 to 15 minutes negotiating dates as the expiration date was approaching at the end of the month. I finally had to accept a date I did not want as it began to get frustrating with me suggesting dates and hearing 'no'. This was NOT a pleasant experience and I am considering letting the Groupon expire as it is not worth the hassle. We also called back to speak with a manager and was given the can i help you first and than was palced on hold. When she came on she was just like the first call center rep.
