I run a personal inhome xbox cleaning service. I shop at walmart for my suplies, mainly (ultra duster) computer cleaner. I go thru aprox. 1 box, or 16 cans per month. The product itself is good, and cheep. However the plastic tops are faulty. I return 2, to 3 of those cans per month due to broken, or cracked tops for exchange with recipt for new cans. 2 cans recently had discharged completly. The manager was called, and she stated that she sees me inline at customer service EVERY DAY, and was NOT GOING TO LET ME RETURN ANYTHING ANYMORE! Its not like im asking for my money back, just an exchange of a broken product, for a non broken product, i have shoped this walmart at 300 eubank for the last 12 years, and dont think im asking too much. Just whats rite.
