I went in w / a bra that I had purchased that was BROKEN. I tried it on removed the tags and then noticed that the adjusters on were BROKEN and the straps wouldnt stay up. I took it into the store and the "Manager" — whose name was CHERISSE, proceeded to tell me that it was a health hazard to bring it in the store, she wouldnt return it, or exchange it and I was just STUCK w / a broken bra. First of all, she couldnt have been the "Customer Service Manager" cause no "Manager" should roll her eyes at someone trying to return a defective product. I was so mad. I truely do not return/exchange things and when I notice something it broken. And I paid $ for it. I expect it to be made right. CHERISSE sucked w / BAD attitude and BAD customer service. I average about $200-250 a week at Walmart. Not anymore.
