$2,000, 000.00winning activation requiring $5.95 fee for winning, however the company is a ripoff they have sent 7 copies

This company has sent me this same paperwork several times in the past several months. I sent the $5.95 once and they sent a reply back to inform me that the prize had already been claimed.

They sent me a bunch of junk to send to other ripoff companies for entry at a price to claim prizes.
