Capital One has referred our default of a credit card bill to the Legal Recovery Law Offices. I just managed to make a $150.00 payment and have just advised that Capital One will not accept a $40.00 a month payment they want $100.00 a month only because they are being sued. We probably could actually sue them ourselves. So when is it right for a company to refuse a payment? That is absolutely crazy and insane.
