This company is a rip off. I tried to order their product via a free trial and they never sent me anything. I called to follow up and the customer service rep I spoke with recommended I cancel the order because the free trial was ending. I cancelled the order so I wouldn't be charged for the product. The next day $138.27 was charged to my credit card. I called the company back and spoke to a customer service rep. They said they would submit a refund, but it would take 6 weeks.
Meanwhile, I still never received the product. Two weeks later I received a package in the mail from Premiere Whitening. I checked my credit card and sure enough I received another charge. This time for $88.90.
I called Premiere Whitening back and explained the situation to customer service again. They gave me an RMA number to return the product and said they would process a refund, but it would again take 6 weeks. They would not provide me with a shipping account number, so I have to pay to ship the product back.
Because of all the problems I have had with this company I was not comfortable sending the product back via US mail. I had to send it via FedEx, so I would have traceability and a signature.
