I was charged $9.99 from Shaboom Media in July. I called T-mobile and was told to TEXT 23918 “STOP” AND email [email protected] and tell them to refund my $9.99. She said it will take 31 to 45 days to refund. She went on to say that if I’d like to stop this from happening again, I should sign up for the “Family Allowances” plan on T-Mobile for $4.99 a month. I am filing a complaint about the “CRAMMING” practice to the Minnesota Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Communications Commission and the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission.
