Got rent-a-car since my car was in accident. Worked with All State Insurance. Over charged by one day. They go by actual day not total hours. Reneted car on Monday afternoon brought back thursday morning charge for 4 days. All State told them to bill that way.
Had a fight with person who now I find out is manager and I did not get a receipt and then he refused to drive me to the auto body shop.
Insurance rip off and fraud. Beware of over charging customers. Will never use enterprise again and want everyone to beware of this scam.
