Horrible online store experience

As a first time customer I recently placed two orders with J Banks. I received two emails confirming the orders. One of the emails did not list all the items ordered. My acccount on their website did show all the items but the total charge was wrong. A phone call confirmed the total and that the missing items were in fact ordered. I asked for a confirmatory email. None was ever received.By monitoring my credit card account I was able to confirm that I was eventually charged for ALL the items ordered.

The cc charges appeared in dribs and draps apparently as the items shipped, making the accounting a bit confusing. Apparently J Banks ships from stores scattered all over the country. Some came quickly some not. I am still waiting a month later for the last item.

Further I received two separate phone calls from J Banks stores advising me the clothing was available for pickup. One store was in Oklahoma as I recall. I'm located in the US Virgins. Not likely I would drop in to do a pickup!

This company is NOT ready for online business. I'll never order again from their online store. I've never experienced an online order as frustrating as these two orders from Jos a Banks.
