This online business/store is a complete ripoff! I placed an order on 2/19/05. Their site stated the max. Delivery time would be 15 business days. Its now been 23 business days, and I still have not received my items. But my credit card was charged for the total amount on the very day I placed the order - how convenient for them. So basically, they've gotten paid, and I'm still waiting on my items. I've sent about 6 emails to them and the only response I've gotten is that they're waiting on a shipment to arrive b/c the items they had in stock are defective. But their website is still advertising the same items I ordered as "in stock!" How about that! I really wish I had checked into this company before purchasing, but "you pay to learn."
I just wanted to let others know, so they won't have to go through the frustration that I did. Please... BEWARE of this company!!!
