Battle Pirates Game Charges on My Card, Refund Demanded

I just got my statement, and it shows charges to Facebook for playing a game called Battle Pirates. I want my money put back on my card! My numbers were stolen, and I want his account closed ASAP! I will hire an attorney against him if my money is not refunded to me. I am disabled, and I do not like someone writing down my info... What else can they do on FB?
