I have talked to Capital One many times to settle and they told me if I paid 20,000 it would settle but I have paid over 18,000 and then some and they keep adding financial fees between 200-800 dollars a month. They handed my case to a lawyer and the lawyer sent many letters of harassments and I do have all the letters showing different amounts and they keep saying its how much I owe and I told them it is all financial fees and they said I understand and then they would send another letter out with another amount.
