On July16, I ordered two pairs of shoes and never received them. I emailed Rios Shoes with no response from them. I called their telephone number and a woman speaking Spanish just kept saying no no no and hung up on me. This company should be held accountable and persecuted for fraud. Paypay should not have them listed as a vendor. This gives a customer a false representation thinking that the company is legitimate. I filed a complaint with Paypay. I would like my $170.00 refunded. I was laid off from work and cannot afford to be ripped off.
