This morning EST i contacted paypal's legal/fraud division. They had never once received a complaint regarding this individual. I spent at least 1/2 hour on the phone with them recanting all that they do, including the disgusting shower caps in the small envelope.
They are going to take immediate action and press charges against this and the other sites this criminal has set up.
They then have computer capabilites to monitor this person in china and prevent further incidents - i.E. The fake websites for shoes and other items.
But - the best thing people can do is call paypal, be calm and ask for the fraud division.
Also - i never use the paypal credit card - i use regular ones to pay. Paypal credit card division is extremely difficult to work with and outsourced to other countries.
By using my us bank credit cards i can immediately stop payment asap or later and have the funds put directly back into my account.
People should not be so afraid and follow up.
