Sarai Avila posted on Craiglist that she had an Oboe for sale for $250.00 dollars. I live in Las Cruces, NM, about 40 mins. Away from Sarai. So I drove to El Paso, Texas to purchase this oboe for our 13 year old daughter. We then took it to the Whites Music Box to have some pads replaced. Whites ran the serial number to find out if it wasn't there oboe, that had not been returned. It was their oboe, it was a rental, and Sarai had only paid rental fees for a short time, and had stop payments. Whites Music Box had even sent her to collections, and had tried to get the oboe back, but she had her phone disconnect or changed, and no longer worked at her job they had on file. Whites Music Box had to keep their oboe, and now we are out 200.00 dollars plus a full tank of gas which was over 50.00 dollars. I don't have an e-mail address to her just a phone number.
