Ripoff we took out a equity line of credit. They totally screwed us. We thought we had a loan where they payments were going to stay the same. I have been fighting with them to correct this for 2 yrs and they won't

We opened a equity line of credit and thought they told us everything and were honest. Big Mistake.

After 2 months the min payment jump $200. We can't afford this and have told them over and over.

They tell us we either make to much or not enough to get help. They tell me its not their problem. No one will help us, I have the statements to back this up.

They insist they told us-but never did. No one will call us back, they won't give me any managers # I can only talk to customer service, Good luck trying to get one to be civil!

From the start we new we could just barely afford the min payment that was quoted to us. We can't afford the new payments and are at risk of loosing our house to them, if we don't get help from someone soon.
