Purchased a product in good faith called Smart PC Cleaner, also a also another called Smart Driver Update each cost me in Aussie dollars $54.85, neither work properly, but the crunch is the Updater programme came with a High risk Trojan on its back, this from a company that is supposedly providing you with a cleaner more secure pc. Bottom line is they wont reply to my request for a refund, I had to pay an additional $160.00 Aussie dollars to an I T Technician to remove the Trojan, also cancel all my online banking, change all my passwords and notify all companies I deal with of new details, something has to and will be done to close down this company of crooks, it is in times like this that we need solidarity to act as one to put pressure on Scammers in suits.
