Polk county water authority supposedly turn off the water pumps between the hours of 11pm and 4 am. This leaves me without sufficient water pressure to use my shower and water filter. At 6 am the pressure is still too low to use my shower. I have had to change the way i get ready for work by taking a shower at night. Sometimes we have no water at all. I have contacted the business several times and was only told about the pumps 12/22. Why should they be allowed to deprive me of the services that i pay for each and every month? The last employee was very, very rude and told me in no uncertain terms that this is the way it is going to be and he would not be returning any more of my calls. I filed a complaint with the bbb and for the last 3 days i have had no water pressure as late as 6:30 am
