I bought a protection plan for my furniture and can't get the company to honor the agreement. There is a 5 days limit to report the damage. Then you have a 30 days grace period to return the forms. I took more than 30 days because clearly WI is the only state listed of the plan that said we can disregard the 5 days because, we have up to 1 year to report the damage. The damage occured May 1.
