I am writing to complain and file a dispute against uskicksshop. My son ordered a pair of sneakers and has not received them because they are out of stock. When I called to get a refund I was told by "Jasan John"
that the full amount could not be refunded, the only choice was to order a different pair of shoes. He does not want a different pair and we would like the full refund of $89.00 that was paid. Please reply and let me know what I haveto do to receive this. (Personal Info Removed)
