We just had a very bad experience with Moin Technology Group (HongKong and ShenZhen, China). They are not honest at their business practice. We were urgently searching for a part, and Moin claimed they have them in stock. After agreed on the price, they promised they can ship on 7/17 and urged us to send PO and wire the payment ASAP. But after we paid, they said they can't ship until 7/20. It ended up they didn't ship until 7/23. Moin charged us $158 and said they would ship it by DHL, which would only take 2 days for the delivery. However, in order to save money, they shipped by EMS (China Post Office), and it took one week for us to receive the goods in Taiwan on 7/30. After checking the parts, they're the wrong parts with wrong part number. We asked them for return and refund, but they ignored.
