Paid goods Not Shipped

I paid Brian Cox at Fixeon with my Visa card to ship over $4000.in goods. Placed final order on 1/27 he told me all was in stock would ship 1-2 days. Contacted 2 wks later he would not take or return my calls, his workers all said I had to talk to him. He talked to me twice once gave BS excuse said order would ship that day. I filed a BBB complaint, Several days later he told me he didn't have some of the FFU's but would ship the remainder of the order from Austin and the rest of the orded from the mid-west. On 2/26 I filed poliece report and requested refund from VISA.
