Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Do not make the mistake of doing business with this company! I placed two separate orders with FurnitureXO in February. My calls within the first few months were answered and I was told that my orders had not yet made it to the company's distribution center. I kept getting brushed off and the estimated delivery date kept getting pushed back. The last time I reached a live person, I was told that they COULD NOT GIVE ME AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE! I asked for a refund and was told that they "can't process refunds over the phone". I was told to send an email to [email protected] in order to cancel my order and receive a refund. My request for a refund was sent and I have not heard anything from the company about when I can expect to receive it.
I will (if possible) update this post as things continue to unfold. I will not just let this go and neither should you if you've been scammed by this company. I believe someone has already started a class action lawsuit. If you have any questions or further information, please feel free to contact me.
