I placed my order for an ashley bed for my 5 years old daugher back in april 17th order number 30588 and had to save for it cause i work only part time and my daughter was so excited as she was sleeping in a crib all this years because we can't afford to buy her a new bed. Than i found this website and the price was $200 cheaper. We purchased it by check in the amout of $860 but i guess i got rippedoff by furnitureXo. L
Ong story short today is august 22nd still no money back as they promised because the order could not be completed. This is just a big scam. Only one person answer the phone his name is steve and that if you are lucky to get hold of him. It's almost impossible to get hold off this company. Im out my money that i saved for my daughter and she still dont have a bed. Where is the heart of this people. I wish i lived in philadephia to go see this person face to face that if he exist or this business exist at all. Any way i got rippedoff so please if you are reading this stay away from this company if you though the price is too good to be true than it is just save a little more and buy elsewhere. Filed a complain with BBB as well and still waiting. I dont know if anyone know of anything else i can do or a lawyer i can contact.
