Had a visit from a talk talk rep id ayesha tpdm6411062 stating that wee would get talktalk for 14.50 a month that was the reason we changed from bt broadband to talktalkwell it turns out that we were not conned because they want 21.75 first 6 months then 29.00there on after well we got quoted 14.50 a month for the first 6 months then 29.00 after the 6 months so they have not been compleitly honest and my wife had 2 strokes way back last year and she is still not rite so they have bumpted the price from 14.50 to 21.75 they have took a rite loan of my wife because she is like that well am refusion to pay and on top of all that they want 50.00 pound because an ingineer had to come out what had happend we got talktalk welcome pack in so i set it all up and i couldend get the service and it was because the cable from the router to the phone was to short that meant that my router has to stay on the floor when it should be on the computer table but no the cables to short so it has to stay on the floor well the router from bt broadband when wee had it sat on our computer table we are not pleased with talktalk we feel that we have been conned what should we do my wife is upset through this and i myself are fumming about it all there must be a law in this sort of thing happening my phone number is (Personal Info Removed) please get back to me so i can explain myself correctly as am not very good typing things regards. 31 7 2012 happend on 23 7 2012
