On July 29,2011 my account was debited for a subscription I canceled in August 2010. At the time I canceled service I was disputing the charge they debited my account at that time. I was told by the girl I spoke with that I could not get the refund for the $45.00 they debited in 2010 but she would cancel subscription to avoid any further charges. On July 29,2011 I noticed that my account was debited again by FiServ for they service I had canceled. I spoke with my bank and was advised to contact FiServ AlertMe department. I called and spoke with Gaga and he assured my I would be credited and the subscription was canceled. I have disputed the charge with my bank and FiServ but have not received a refund. I feel I desire a refund and should not be held again for something I do not want and have no service.
