My husband had ordered a 30-day trial of Retoxor for $9.99 but when i reviewed my checking account, they had withdrawn $ 39.98. After several phone calls and cancelling our account with this company, no credit has shown on our account. Then July 2 a charge of $179.98 was put on my husbands check card. After several phone calls (of which none where english speaking) they found no initial cancellation number (which we have and whom we spoke to) and told us to just simply return the product and they would credit our account. The product was mailed July 2 and as of today July 9 no product has hit our door step. I have filed a complaint to the FTC and will also be doing one to the BBB. These companies need to be dealt with by large fines and compensating everyone they have scammed. I will be also filing a fraud affidavit with my bank today. Someone needs to stop these companies from defrauding hard working American citizens.
